If you are interested in any of the services below, but want to discuss your options before committing, we can arrange a non-billable one hour consultation, in person, over the phone, or online.

Pre-Care Support

This includes discussing the best computer to suit your needs, sourcing the computer and other elements needed. Set-up of the computer or other hardware can also be included in this section.

Per hour $65

After-Care Support

This includes additional hardware or software you may get after the initial set-up date that you want linked into your existing system that requires either home visits or remote set-up.

In House Support

This includes visits to your place of work/home to fix software or hardware on site. This does not include adding in additional hardware to your existing system or logging into your computer for technical issues. For pricing on either of these, please see the above listings.

Tutoring

Tutoring is held at your own pace and preferably held in the client's premises on their own equipment. When learning something new, having the setup when learning be as similar as possible to the self learning afterwards is the easiest way to boost confidence and encourage trying new things.

Remote Support

This includes logging in to third party systems from another location and fixing technical issues you may come up against. This does not include if home/work visits are necessary.
