I'm just a beginner and haven't used computers much before. I can barely turn a computer on. Can you teach me the basics?

Yes, of course. We will look at what you'd like to learn, tailor a course for your specific needs, and begin to get more out of your computer, at your own pace.

I don't want to learn everything on offer, I only want to learn a specific thing.

That's perfectly okay. You shouldn't have to learn more than you want to. If you decide you want to learn more at a later date, that's fine also. For now, we can just discuss what you want to learn now and create a schedule just for you.

I have other technology I want to learn. Can you teach me how to use my printer or my wireless radio?

Yes,we can set-up both and show you how to use them.

I would rather work on a Mac than a PC, can you teach me on either?

Yes, we can work with both PCs and Macs. Whichever you prefer.

Is there a set program or can it be altered?

While there is a basic plan of a course, there is nothing set in stone. As everyone learns differently, we would rather talk to our clients and plan a program with them that has the pace and content that suits them. That way they get the most out of the process and better value for their money.

If I need something fixed or other support at a later date, do I need to have you come out again or can you do it over the phone?

Fixing something over the phone can be lengthy and annoying for both parties involved. Likewise, for a 30 minute solution, coming all the way out to you, and you having to be there can be costly and time consuming. You could always build up problems and when you feel you have enough, have us come out if you prefer us being there in person, but for problems that don't require us to be there but only require fixing something on the computer, we would suggest downloading a program that would allows us to take control of your computer from another location (with your permission of course) and fix it. This means we wouldn't need to be there in person.
